Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If tradr isn’t earning its keep within 30 days of your first paid month, email hello@tradr-pro.com and we refund your most recent payment in full. No questions, no forms, no friction.
1. What’s covered
- Your most recent monthly or yearly payment, refunded in full.
- Available on Pro, Power, and Pro Trader plans (monthly or yearly).
- Available on the founder $14/mo plan as well.
2. What’s not covered
- Charges older than 30 days from the date of the refund request.
- Multi-month or multi-year cumulative usage — only the most recent payment refunds.
- Free plan or trial accounts (nothing to refund).
- Subscriptions cancelled before requesting a refund within the 30-day window will still be refunded — but request the refund explicitly so we know.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@tradr-pro.com from the email address on your tradr account. Tell us “refund please”. You don’t need to explain why. We’ll process the refund within 2 business days. Stripe typically returns the money to your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. After a refund
- Your subscription cancels immediately and your account drops to Free.
- Your watchlist, analyses, and saved data stay intact in case you come back.
- Founder pricing locks released by a refund are returned to the available pool for future founder members.
5. Yearly plans
The 30-day guarantee applies to yearly plans too — request a full refund within 30 days of the annual charge and we refund the entire year. After the 30-day window, yearly plans aren’t pro-rated; you’ll keep access until the end of the paid year and the renewal will be off.
6. Affiliate sales
If your subscription was credited to an affiliate, refunds claw back the affiliate’s commission on that sale. This is automatic in our weekly statements and doesn’t affect your refund timing.
7. Repeat refunds
We honour the 30-day guarantee on the first paid period for any user. If a user repeatedly subscribes, claims a refund, and re-subscribes, we may decline subsequent refund requests at our discretion.
8. Statutory rights
This refund policy is in addition to — not instead of — any rights you have under applicable consumer law (NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, AU Australian Consumer Law, EU/UK distance-selling rights). Nothing here limits those statutory rights.
